By accessing or using the GeoSync platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use GeoSync for your organization’s internal business purposes according to your selected subscription tier.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the platform's underlying source code.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in GeoSync.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
• Transfer the platform access to another person or "mirror" the software on any other server.

3. Organization Data

Organizations are responsible for the data uploaded to the platform, including team location permissions and task privacy. You agree to ensure all team members have consented to location tracking before adding them to your organization profile.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Fees for our platform are billed on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refund policies depend on the specific plan tier selected.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeoSync be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
